Therapeutic Yoga promotes a healthy relationship with one's own limitations within the physical body, honoring individual differences, while exploring the subtle energies within the deeper aspects of the Self. Therapeutic Yoga utilizes breathing techniques, hand gestures (known as Mudras) and brief meditations within the sequence of gentle movement.

The breathing exercises and movements used during these sessions have been proven to be effective in shifting the feelings of depression and fatigue many people
Anxiety and Stress
This yoga series targets the many ways to address and cope with stress. Ranging from basic level breath management to gentle stretches and relaxation. You will be taught the skills needed to combat both anxiety and increasing levels of stress in your daily life.
