During each session the combination of Shamanic Arts Healing, Reiki and Healing Touch techniques are used. Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes healing. It is administered by laying on hands and is based on the idea that an unseen 'life force energy' flows through us and causes us to be alive. When this force is low it often brings about stress and sickness. When the force is high we can expect good health and happiness. Shamanic ceremonial practices are weaved into each session for clearing and centering.
