Traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork stimulates the acupressure points in the body to relieve, stretch, and loosen tight muscles releasing tension and relieving, joints. Energy lines in the body called Sen lines, also known as energy channels, reflect internal organs, thus influencing physical, mental and emotional processes. Along with working with these lines of energy, both the muscle and connective tissue are provided with attention further allowing the flow of fluidity in the body. Those who receive Thai bodywork regularly will experience feelings of relaxation, peace of mind, happiness, flexibility, and youthfulness.
